EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY

CSCO is an equal opportunity employer and considers individuals for employment according to their abilities and performance. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, age, religion, creed, sex, national origin or ancestry, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other classification protected by law. All employment requirements mandated by local, city, state, and federal regulations are observed.

The Company utilizes nondiscrimination measures to ensure the achievement of equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment and the work environment. These policies of nondiscrimination will prevail throughout every aspect of the employment relationship, including without limitation recruitment, selection, compensation, promotion, transfer, layoff, termination, and dispute resolution. CSCO prohibits discrimination based upon any protected status within its workforce.

In keeping with our philosophy and applicable laws, our advertising and recruiting materials will contain the following statement to encourage qualified applicants to apply: "Equal Opportunity Employer" or "EOE." Our policy as an equal opportunity employer is to employ those legally entitled to work in the United States without regard to citizenship, ethnic background, or place of national origin. However, in conformity with the relevant immigration statutes and regulations, our policy is to hire only those who are eligible to work in the United States. Verification documentation is required of all new hires.

Reasonable Accommodation Policy

CSCO offers equal employment opportunities for qualified individuals with a disability, but who are still able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. CSCO will make reasonable accommodation for qualified employees with a disability so that they can fulfill the essential functions of their jobs. Similarly, reasonable accommodation may be required for a qualified applicant to complete an application or related skills assessment. CSCO is not obligated, however, to make an accommodation that is not reasonable or that would cause an undue hardship for the company. Individuals seeking potential accommodations should raise any request for possible accommodation with CSCO’s Human Resources Department.

Complaints and Anti-Retaliation Policy

CSCO prohibits any form of retaliation against an individual who brings a good-faith complaint, raises a concern, provides information, or otherwise assists CSCO in an investigation or proceeding regarding any conduct that he or she reasonably believes to be in violation of CSCO’s policies, including but not limited to, the EEO Policy, Reasonable Accommodation Policy, and Anti-Retaliation Policy. After investigation, any employee who is found to have violated these policies may be subject to disciplinary action up to, and including, termination of employment.

Any concern or complaint about a possible violation of these policies can be reported to the employee’s manager or to CSCO’s Human Resources Department. To contact by phone, call 800-929-5810 and ask for the Human Resources Department
